Hello, my name is Mary and I am the creator, author and editor of the Pacific North West Spoonie Newsletter! I am a 47 year old originally from the Bay Area in California. I have been residing in Southern Oregon for 30+ years and I wouldn’t live anywhere else. I am also a “spoonie” having a genetically chronic condition called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome – Hypermobility (EDS-H) along with several autoimmune disorders.
